What can working with me to buy and sell real estate do for you? I equate my service level to hiring a physical trainer, you want results fast and the easiest way possible to get fit. When buyers and sellers work with me we accomplish their real estate goal fast and efficiently, they are fully informed, well represented and happy at the end of the transaction with the results! Growing up in Livermore on a small farm and riding horses all over the Bay Area, San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties I feel like all these areas are my home. I started selling as a Realtor in 1984. Now a Mother to 5 grown amazing children (so grateful!) and additionally blessed with 3 amazing grand daughters. I love helping people create their "home" and have a wonderful team of Loan officers, title companies and inspectors who share my passion for excellent customer service. Owning and creating a home changes peoples lives for the better. Investors love the knowledge I share about market trends, rental possibilities and potential flip opportunities. It's been fun to see many of my clients become financially independent owning investment properties.
